the staff were friendly and helpful
the staircase was very narrow and steep it was difficult to carry luggage up to the room also there was no elevator available the bathroom was quite small and lacked adequate space

excellent location personal touch limited space small staircase
the location proved excellent with a tram stop just outside the door i found it convenient. the staff offered a warm and personal touch making my stay feel cute and thoughtful.
my room felt quite small with beds tightly placed i found the space limited. the staircase was also small it proved difficult to carry heavy suitcases up and down.

convenient location comfortable beds
the location was convenient to leidseplein. the luggage storage facility was also useful. i found the room to be clean. the beds were comfortable.
the bedside light was broken, it was only a minor inconvenience.

The hotel had a prime central location with trams stopping right outside. Staff provided helpful tips and were readily available. The room was clean, bright, and airy.
The stairs were steep, and there was no elevator.

basic stay with some downsides
limited storage space street noise
the room felt quite small. storage space was limited. i was also disappointed that the promised organic cosmetics were missing from the bathroom. the location was fine, but street noise at night made it hard to sleep (even with earplugs).
